CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in at the hotel is after 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00 at noon. We provide a late check-out depending on the occupancy of the hotel. Please enquire about it one day prior to departure (the service depends on the hotel occupancy). If you wish to retain your room after 11:00 at noon on the day of your departure, late check-out rates apply as follows.

• late check-out until 15:00 - 100 BGN;
• late check-out until 18:00 - 150 BGN;
• Check-out after 18:00 is charged as an overnight stay.

 

LAUNDRY & IRONING
The hotel offers dry cleaning, laundry and ironing services. You can find the price list in the wardrobe / closet of your room.
Ironing in the room is not allowed for safety reasons. An ironing room located at reception level is at your disposal.

 

SAFE
Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box. The service is free of charge. Please keep valuables, documents and money in the personal safe in your room. Instructions for using the safe can be found next to it. If you need any help, please contact the Reception.

The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

For security reasons, CCTV cameras are available in all public areas. 

 

CAR CHARGING STATION
In the parking lot in front of the hotel there are 3 parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles. To charge your car please follow the instructions on the stations. If you need any help, please contact the Reception.

 

HOTEL SERVICES

• Daily refilling of the mini bar with water, soft drinks and beer;
• Wireless internet connection in the main building;
• Additional cosmetic and toiletries on request. Please contact the Reception;
• Free parking (subject to availability) in the designated parking areas;
• 24-hour medical care (paid service).

 

GENERAL TERMS

• To receive all services included in your Ultra All Inclusive package you need to wear an identification bracelet at all times;
• Beach towels are available daily from 08:00 to 12:00 near the W~SPA Centre. A Beach Towel Card is required to receive a towel (you will receive the card at reception);
• The air conditioning in the rooms works only whit balcony door closed;
• The use of Bluetooth speakers is prohibited;
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, as well as in all indoor public areas (there are designed open-areas for smoking);
• In case of a lost room key-card or beach towel card, a compensatory fee of 20 BGN is added to the guests’ account;
• For security reasons, CCTV cameras are available in all public areas;
• The Management reserves the right to alter the terms and the hours of operation of all hotel facilities/ services;
• For security reasons, children under the age of 7 are not allowed in the Lagoon Swim-up rooms. The pools at this type of room are not heated and the water temperature depends on the external weather conditions;
• Pets are not allowed in the Resort.

The Management retains the right to alter the terms and the hours of operation of all the facilities of the hotel.
